Victor Abugo Ministries International a.k.a Liberty Christian Center began in Lagos-Nigeria as an outreach Mission in 1997. But before the ministry was commissioned in 1992-1996 the ministry began her annual outreach crusade called "Power Encounter Crusade" in Issele-Azagba, in Delta State of Nigeria. This was meant to reach my village and the families living there with the saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We have seen people saved, those bound with witchcraft delivered and healed by God's power. Since then we have seen God enlarge our boundaries from 1997 until 2000. The Lord opened the door for our international mission in Germany and Holland.
In 2001 under God's instruction the Ministry relocated its Head office from Lagos Nigeria to Aachen Germany. Since then God has taken us to different nations of the earth, proclaiming God's Liberty to the captives. We have seen unusual favour that can not be denied by the devil from people and the government officials. To God alone be the glory. In Aachen city we began a fellowship, while still engaging in our main outreach mission to the world, and since 2002 until 2005 God has been faithful to His Word. From all the Nations He has taken us to the United States, England, Cyprus, France, The Netherlands, and our base, Germany. We have seen lives changed, delivered and healed; signs and wonders happened, diverse miracles that only God can do.
Early in the year 2004, the Lord began to deal with me for a change, and He gave us the new name of the city (Mönchengladbach), which He has prepared for us to relocate and start a new Church work in there. Since then we have been spending time praying and waiting for the right time to move in and invade the city.
On August 13th 2005, the church named Liberty Christian Center e.V Germany, began in the city of Monchengladbach, Germany with five people. Since then God has been adding to His Church weekly, the heavens have opened. Souls are getting saved, healed and delivered by God's power. God has mandated us to initiate a revival in our city through our monthly encounter event called "Liberation Hour" that will affect the city and Germany in general.

I embarked on a twenty one days fast in January 2004 and it was during this fast that the Holy-Spirit spoke these words into my spirit: "Thus saith the Lord, I am giving you an Outreach Mission called 'LIBERATION HOUR'. It will be a monthly event, beginning from your city and in all the cities in this land and other Nations I will lead you into. And it shall come to pass, that people from every tribe and tongue, from all works of life and all nations will gather to hear you and be touched, healed, delivered, and saved by My power once every month."
